Check the equipment and accessories against your paperwork. Ask for a demonstration and report anything missing promptly.
Planning a delivery

- Full address and postcode
- Site contact and mobile number
- Safe access and an unloading area
- Gate codes, vehicle limits and timed access
- Purchase order, project or site reference
- Special handling requirements

Collecting from a branch
Reserve before you travel.
Contact the branch first so we can confirm that the equipment is ready and explain any identification, payment, deposit or account requirements.
Bring a suitable vehicle and the correct restraints. Our team can explain the controls and supplied accessories.
Ending the hire
Returning kit and arranging collection.
Contact the supplying branch to return equipment or request collection. Ask us to confirm the off-hire instruction and the next steps that apply to your agreement.
Before handover
Gather accessories, attachments, batteries, chargers and keys. Remove your materials, clean reasonably and follow agreed fuel or charging instructions.
Faults or damage
Tell us about any fault, loss or damage. Stop using unsafe equipment and do not attempt an unauthorised repair.
Collection day
Keep equipment secure and accessible until handover. We will explain when charges and responsibility end.
Delivery and collection are subject to equipment, vehicle and location availability. Charges and timings are confirmed for each booking.
